First Sensor AG strengthens its management team and begins operations at the company headquarters in Berlin Oberschöneweide with 151 employees

The second phase of construction of the state-of-the-art fabrication plant on the company headquarters in Berlin Oberschöneweide has been completed and is being occupied. With First Sensor Technology GmbH moving from Berlin Adlershof to Berlin Oberschöneweide, First Sensor is optimizing the development and manufacture of innovative customized sensor solutions under one roof. The two companies operate on this site with 151 employees in the technology fields of opto-electronics and MEMS sensors. The completion of the second phase of construction on the head office leaves the specialist technology company with an extended usable area, which has been increased by 1.410 m² to a total of 8.800 m2, at its disposal.

First Sensor AG, a company with a long tradition, has further strengthened its management team by appointing Thomas Brosowski, Peter Krause and Thomas Diepold to the Board of Directors. Under the leadership of the Executive Board, which consists of Dr. Hans-Georg Giering (CEO) and Dr. Ingo Stein (CFO), the Development, Sales and Operations divisions will henceforth be represented by members of the newly formed Board of Directors. Thomas Brosowski, the longstanding Director of Technology at First Sensor AG, Thomas Diepold, Commercial Managing Director of First Sensor Technology GmbH, and Peter Krause, Managing Director of Technology and Sales at First Sensor Technology GmbH, have enjoyed a successful association with the company for many years and bring with them their excellent knowledge of managing the development and manufacture of optical and MEMS-based sensor technology. The new management team was appointed following approval by the Supervisory Board of First Sensor AG.
