In 1999, First Sensor Technology GmbH (FST) came into being as a hive-off from core research conducted at the Technical University of Berlin, Germany. A broad spectrum of knowledge, innovative strength and customer orientation, as well as an exceptionally high level of employee commitment, have made the company a market leader in pressure sensor technology.

The focus of work at First Sensor Technology is on producing pressure sensors with an operating temperature of up to 225 °C. Both cost-sensitive large-volume markets and specialist customer applications are catered for. With regard to its resources, FST is able to react individually to customer requirements during production. Since its establishment, First Sensor Technology’s profile has been characterized by streamlined processes, quality and reliability, not to mention the highest level of flexibility.
