This piezoresistive absolute pressure sense die is applicable for aggressive media, even
without steel separating diaphragm.
Contrary to conventional absolute pressure chips, this device has its reference vacuum
chamber under a glass block on the topside of the chip. This design allows the measurement
of absolute pressure of liquid or aggressive media applied to the backside of the sensor die.
