The products of High Stability Line STARe are silicon micromachined piezoresistive pressure sensor chips with a pressure-proportional voltage output signal and electrical shield to avoid external electrical influences. These chips are used for absolute, gauge and differential pressure measurements. The dies are tested and delivered in tape or in waffle packs.
