The High Temperature Line is a silicon micromachined
piezoresistive pressure sensor chip
based on silicon-on-insulator (SOI)-material
and high temperature materials/layers.
The devices allow absolute measurement and
the application of pressure on both sides of
the diaphragm for the use as relative (gauge)
sensor. The dies are probed and shipped on
tape or in waffle packs.
