This helps me to keep good balance between my work and my family. I also try to make this balance possible for my employees. It’s the only way to keep them motivated and powerful. This is very important to me.
We work in a challenging environment every day: Demanding customers want sophisticated products. To me as a plant manager, it is important to convey these high demands to my employees and to give them the necessary tools. This also includes promoting interdisciplinary cooperation. After all, an intelligent sensor system can only be created by combining several elements which together can be more than each in itself. Of course, I would also like to know the expectations of my employees. That is why we conduct regular discussions, and I support them through further training.
