As an internationally active group, we are proud of our diversity. For example, at 36% the proportion of women at First Sensor is higher than average for a technology company. In addition, we have a balance between age groups, which means that ambitious trainees and students work alongside experienced engineers at our company, for example. They all benefit from the professional and personal exchanges. Furthermore, people of different nationalities and with different identities enhance our growth in Germany, in Europe and internationally.
