Dirk Schäfer

After beginning his university education in industrial engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt in 1994, Dirk Schäfer received his diploma in 2001. At the beginning of his career, he worked in Group Controlling at Freudenberg GmbH & Co. KG in Weinheim, Germany. In 2003, he became Head of Controlling (Accounting and IT) at Freudenberg NOK Mechatronics GmbH & Co. KG. Dirk Schäfer moved to TE Connectivity Germany GmbH, Bensheim, Germany, in 2007, initially as Financial Manager, from 2013 to 2014 as Pricing Manager (Automotive EMEA) and since 2014 as Senior Manager Commercial Finance (Automotive EMEA) at TE Connectivity Germany GmbH. Since 2021 Dirk Schäfer is Director Project Controlling Automotive EMEA.
