Supervisory Board

According to the articles of association, the Supervisory Board of First Sensor AG consists of six members. Four members of the Supervisory Board are elected by the Annual General Meeting, 2 members by the employees (employee representatives). Two committees were formed.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Michael Gerosa, Senior Director / Regional Controller EMEA, TE Connectivity Ltd., Schaffhausen, Schweiz

After graduating in 2001 from the FHS St. Gallen, University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen, Switzerland, with a major in Accounting and Controlling, Michael Gerosa began his professional career as a VAT Specialist at Tyco Electronics Logistics AG in Steinach, also in Switzerland. This was followed by several positions at Tyco Electronics Logistics AG in the area of controlling. In 2007, Michael Gerosa took up the position of Director Financial Shared Services at TE Connectivity Ltd, Schaffhausen, Switzerland. After 10 years, he moved within the company to the position Crossfit Regional Lead EMEA before taking over responsibility for the EMEA area as Regional Controller in 2018.

Member of the Supervisory Board since February 18, 2021, Chairman of the Supervisory Board since April 19, 2021, and member of the Audit Committee since June 24, 2021.

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Rob Timans, Director Commercial Excellence, TE Connectivity Ltd., Berwyn, PA, USA

After studying economics at the Catholic University Leuven, Belgium, where Rob Tilmans graduated with a Master's degree, he began his professional career in 2001 as an Self-Employed Consultant with Intellectual Capital Calculation. This was followed by various positions at the family-owned company Tilmans Trading International from 2002 to 2007, accompanied by postgraduate studies in Relation and Communication Sciences at Hasselt University, Belgium, from which he graduated magna cum laude in 2006. In 2008, Rob Tilmans worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group before completing further postgraduate studies in Business Administration at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, NH, USA, with a Master of Business Administration in 2009 and starting his career at TE Connectivity. Here he initially worked in Corporate Strategy, followed by several years in each of the following divisions: Business Development (Distribution), Sales Operations (Sensor Solutions), Product Management (Sensor Solutions), M&A Integration (Sensor Solutions) and Commercial Excellence (Industrial), from 2013 consistently at Director level. In 2016, Rob Tilmans also completed an Executive Leadership Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, USA.

Stephan Itter, CEO, Läpple AG, Heilbronn, Germany

After beginning his university education in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt in 1988, Stephan Itter obtained his diploma in Industrial Engineering in 1995. At the beginning of his career he worked as a Process Manager at the Federal Ministry of Finance of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bad Homburg. In 1998, Stephan Itter moved to TE Connectivity Tycoelectronics AMP GmbH, where he first worked in the position of the Chief Financial Officer and Controller in the Global Automotive Division EMEA. In 2008 Stephan Itter started working for Marquardt Group, Rietheim-Weilheim, as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager. After his career at Marquardt Group, he moved to ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Radolfszell, in 2014, where he was Chief Financial Officer, TRW Body Control Systems. In 2017, Stephan Itter became Chief Financial Officer of Läpple AG in Heilbronn and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Group in July 2022.

Aline Sellien, Assistant General Counsel Labor and Employment Law EMEA - Corporate Legal, TE Connectivity Germany GmbH, Bensheim, Germany

After studying law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and completing two state examinations in Rhineland-Palatinate, Aline Sellien initially worked as a lawyer at the international law firm Shearman & Sterling in the field of employment law. In 2007, Aline Sellien qualified as a specialist lawyer for employment law. She then moved to First Data Deutschland GmbH in 2008, initially as Counsel and from 2012 as Senior Counsel, where she was responsible for all employment law matters in the EMEA region. In 2018, Aline Sellien then moved to TE Connectivity Germany GmbH and has been Assistant General Counsel Labor & Employment EMEA ever since. Member of the Supervisory Board since April 24, 2025 and Chairwoman of the Personnel and Nominating Committee since May 12, 2025.

Christoph Findeisen, First Sensor AG, Dreden Klotzsche, Germany

From 2003 to 2008, Christoph Findeisen studied microsystems engineering at HTW Mittweida and wrote his diploma thesis at Microelectronic Packaging Dresden GmbH, now the First Sensor site in Dresden-Klotzsche. Since graduating with a degree in engineering in 2008, Christoph Findeisen has been working at First Sensor AG as a development engineer at the Dresden-Klotzsche site. He has also been involved in the works council at his location since 2016.

Olga Wolfenberg, First Sensor AG, Berlin-Weißensee, Germany

During her studies of electrical engineering at the Moscow Aviation College, Olga Wolfenberg started her professional career as a laboratory assistant at the Research Institute of Microelectronics in Moscow. After entering Germany and working for a short period of time, Olga Wolfenberg finally found her way to First Sensor AG, the former ELBAU GmbH, as a production employee in 1996. Since 2010 she has been working in the quality assurance department at the Weißensee site. Olga Wolfenberg had also been involved in the works council at her site since 2013, serving as the committee's vice chairwoman 2016 until 2022.
